Finally got around to mounting my wheels today. Got a little time off of work and I had a shop where I know the owner to mount and balance the new tires. So far I am really loving the look. I know its not for everyone but I dig the OEM+ setup.

I can’t help but feel it’s missing two metal vertical push bars jutting out either side of the licence plate with thick rubber pads on the forward edge of the bars and a large search light mounted to an A pillar.

I do like those wheel centres.

There is a set for sale sort of local with good tires, but not sure if they’re worth the asking price. The bug needs something more than the fleet 16" 10 spokes
