Pretty sure that’s not a “high roof” (although I do remember seeing ehh flatter roof versions than this standard one too, agreed). You couldn’t throw a rock without hitting one of these growing up in Asia in the 90s. They were the corrupt politician/businessman’s vehicle of choice.

In the US this is the highroof, but you are correct that for the linup its actually the midroof.
