Yes, you read that right.
Witness the wonders of invention . Witness what can happen when one man takes his dreams and makes them realidad.
Note the emphasis on ‘functioning.’
This man welded the front half is a 1985 Subaru GL to the back half of 1973 Volkswagen Beetle. He wanted us to know that they were both 4-cylinder engines, and exactly which half was the Beetle. They both work.
Two engines.
Tiene dos motores, uno al frente y una atras. Los dos funcionan.
No expense was spared in assembling this beast. Why? Because willpower.
Because innovación. Because Florida.

He should rent it for weddings and proms. There are so manu tasteless teenagers who will think it’s cool. He’ll clean up.

For what it is, it is pretty clean and well done. I’m curious as to how it drives.

I’m just wondering... at any point in this project, was there a pause for repose? No second thoughts? This man was clearly all in.

I’m guessing both drivetrains are auto, and their only interaction is through the pavement.
I bet mashing the pedal halfway through a turn is an adventure.

I feel like the back tires are going to get a lot more passive drag wear than the front tires, seeing how the Subie block accelerates faster.

As Quoted from BestRide :
Are you tired of driving a car that matches front-to-back? Have you grown weary of the workaday drudgery of cohesive design? Do you hate logic?

This was on NPOCP quite a while ago. I’m too lazy to search for it, but I remember this abomination well.
