Oh that’s what it’s like here...about 110. I just got back from Wisconsin and as I got off the plane I could feel the heat on the...tunnel thing... nothing like being home.

Guy was a total psychopath. Passed me in a fairly technical spot going about 1.5x my speed, S-Works bike, sponsorship jersey, only one little water bottle. Definitely training for a race.

We’ve had a lot of rain down here, and our trails all run along bayous, so I haven’t been out in a while. I’m hoping to get out next week at some point. I’m really really itching for a ride.

Yep. I only did 8 miles and went through about 2 liters on the trail now I’m back at the car drinking more. I can basically see my reflection in the sweat on my arm.
