Had a manual too. I fit lots of stuff in the back, used it like a truck.
Was my first car. After me my brother drove it past 200,000 miles and it started to get more expensive to repair. Sold it for $1200.
Would I buy one again? Yes and no. These things are only getting harder to keep going. But I miss it so much. It was such a comfortable car, unlike any car I’ve been in. The seats, and the seating position were sublime. If I ever find myself with enough land to store project cars and I can find one for cheap (shouldn’t be hard) I’ll definitely let it rot away on my property.

I’ve had an ‘01 Aero wagon for the last three years. They’re fantastic cars. Trying to find a newer Aero wagon with a stick is tough, though. From 2006-09, just 109 were sent to the US, maybe 1/10 of that to Canada.
