Also a Focus RS drove by a second after I took this. Apparently my neighbor has two of them, stealth grey and nitrous blue. I’m so jealous. The MX-5 is a friends. It’s very nice to drive, I now fully understand the whole Miata thing now.

And my Fiesta ST is so much fun. I can redline third without risk of jail and take corners way faster than I should. It corners so flat, a 20 grand hot hatch. That’s amazing.

I thought that was an issue when just hard launching it? I don’t normally do that, I just roll out onto full throttle. How much has it changed the car?

It stops better, accelerates from a roll better, it shifts better... It doesn’t smack from a roll stock, but it does move a lot. Including shifting weight forward when you stop. The stock one can be flexed by hand.

This isn’t overly expensive, and it want hurt the warranty. After pulling the stock one, Ford should have recalled it. It’s incredibly weak. I went with the cp-e mount, I have a review in my history on it explaining why.
