it doesnt “INTERCHANGE”........ but you can USUALLY get away with using transmission fluid in place of power steering fluid, but not power steering fluid for transmission fluid.........

i had an IDEA of what you meant....... but interchange means they can both be used one for the other.... and the swap only goes one direction......
