I have mint. Also tomatoes, & carrots will be ready soon.
I see lots of mint tea. Last year cucumbers did really good.

After planing mint, be careful using that soil anywhere else. I had an aunt that dumped a bunch behind her garage, and it just kept spreading and spreading. Though weedwacking it did smell nice.

Raw & cooked tomatoes? It’s not uncommon for people to have an allergy to raw tomatoes, but cooked is fine.
