Traffic was awful but I got to STL on time because people were hauling ass in Missouri.
Semis in the right lane were running 82 mph in a 70 zone, left lane was running 85-90.
Side thought: Realized something about the carnival that just popped up in downtown Wichita yesterday.

I’ve always had bad luck driving through KC, Indy, and Atlanta. Middle of the night, middle of the week, whenever, I’ll be stuck in serious traffic. I avoided KC and Indy on this last trip using US Highways and would totally do it again.
