Spend your time watching WeberAuto’s videos . He’s quite good at breaking down complex automotive technology, and showing how it works. (Then again, that’s his job, he’s a professor at Weber State University, teaching automotive technology.)

Yes, I snuck in a Prius video, and I’m watching that series now (even though I basically already know how this stuff works). (He’s got a lot of those actually, and IIRC I found his channel because of one of his older videos on the Toyota hybrid systems.)

I think I’ll be burning through the Prius series today, and then probably the Hydra-Matic series that starts in the first video.
