New starter works better than old starter

But something is messed up with fuel delivery. The gas that was in the line was a green color. After the last incident of pouring gas directly into the carb. I had to fight the urge to do it again. Video->

Someone replace a rubber fuel hose with a hard plastic one, so I’ll get a few feet of that and see if there were any leaks.

It turns over good. So I may have it running after a few trips to parts store.
