Had a sticking caliper replaced. They covered pads, but not the rotors. Also didn’t cover the alignment causing some f’ed up tire wear.

Beginning:

$2050 paid

$700 on 3/16,

$420 on 6/17

So $930 to break even with two years left.

They covered pads, but not the rotors.

How they choose what to cover confounds me. Maxcare covers the wheel bearings on my car. Why one wear item but not another?

I guess they considered them not bad enough since I managed to prevent bluing them. Considering that I’m the 4th owner of the truck and I’ve identified that the rear bumper has been replaced and I have overspray on the passenger side frame rail, this truck has some history.
