Word up! I finally have a very small vacation. I’m in Pittsburgh for the day and just ran 3.1 miles. The hills here suck. Have a good workout - always puts me in a better mood!

miserable, getting ready for stocktake here tomorrow night

and it’s going to be fucking cold.

worst part is won’t be getting out till 10pm on a Friday night but the heaters cut out at 4.45pm
