Has anybody on here ran the Mountune sport springs? I’ve heard great things about them. They also are a bit softer than stock, which should improve ride quality a bit.
Nothing crazy, just a bit less gap.
After in comments, because Kinja is being a shitbag and not letting me link.

Lower and softer? Wouldn’t that mean a higher chance of bottoming out?

Not crazy soft lol. But I know someone who runs them in Greenville that runs them, and they seem to do fine.

Less travel and softer is a bad combo. Hello bumpstops

I don’t think you understand how stiff the stock springs are. It’s not a crazy amount softness, just enough to make a slight difference. It’s also Mountune, who build racecars, that made these.

It needs to be taller, with gravel tires

I think it would look bad lower. The wheels line up with the fenders as is. Any lower and it looks broken.

Eh, I like it equally as much as stock. Equally as cool for extra money? Pshhh.
Nah but go for it. A little softer ride never hurt anybody.

Plus better turn in and less understeer.

I put Eibach’s on my E36 it only lowered it by 1.3" and it liked to scrap many a driveway. I also had to use small ramps before putting a jack under it. Just throwing it out there

That pretty much comes down to alignment and roll rate balance. Nothing really to do with ride height.
