I think I’ve seen equally few, but I’d be surprised if there were fewer Z3 coupes than M coupes; there just have to be more of the former, I assume.

The VW Derby was also sold in Europe sometime in the mid to late 90s and very early 00s dubbed Polo Classic. Even a wagon was produced.

Oh yes, the MCV, the most third-world vehicle on sale in Europe today!
It’s both massive and practically agricultural though, I wouldn’t consider it an ordinary consumer option. The Duster and Sandero are much less ungainly and austere.
