I looked up that video and holy fuck, it was the biggest shitheap I’ve watched since the ill-fated Chess: The Musical production I saw last year. At least those guys had good source material.
It’s like somebody told this guy “rap == rhyme” and nothing else...and expected him to write a decent song from that. No, that just wasn’t going to happen.
