You went on quite a spending spree. But why the fuck not? Life is too short to drive vehicles that don’t make you smile! As long as we can safely afford it, why not go for it? You can set up a spreadsheet of how many cents you spent per mile in your old CamCord, but then you have to drive an old CamCord and where is the fun in that?

I know, I’m surprised lowering CUVs into wagons and hatches isn’t more of a thing. I’m pretty sure you can get the Durango with a V8 which would be a fun wagon.

Yeah the RT is a great package, and now they have an SRT package so I assume it’s even more powerful. I had looked at one of the RTs a few years back and really liked it. It wasn’t any more room than our Q7 so we just stuck with that for a while till son number 3 came along. Now we have a Pacifica. It’s in dire need of the same 2" 10" treatment, but I can’t justify firming up the ride and replacing perfectly good wheels and tires right now. Maybe in a year of so. Still got warrant, so it’ll probably be more like 2 more years, but time will tell. But those dangos are real nice. I almost lowered the Q7, but instead I went with 10"wide 20s in powder coat black. It really made it look perfect. You’re right though, im surprised more people don’t make the mods. Maybe they still like to make believe they could take them off road? I know better, lower and wider is better.
