OK, I was a little tired when I went to get lunch today. It was only after the third nugget or so that I realized that I didn’t order nuggets, but instead had ordered strips (better meat to breading ratio). At just about every other fast food joint I’ve been to they insist on taking back your old food and disposing of it even though it’s still edible, just to sure you don’t get away with something for free. CFA just gave me the strips I ordered and didn’t want to take back the nuggets, and that’s fine by me...

I love Chick-Fil-A for the same reason I love Amazon.
Customer Service is above and beyond. I’ve been to at least 11 different locations in my city. The one near the community college I attended mistakenly gave out my order to somebody else (newbie on the job).
The manager realized I was waiting too long (which I was, and I knew somebody would notice so I said nothing and waited patiently), got me my order in less than a few minutes and gifted me two free breakfast cards for the inconvenience.
I could do without the “My pleasure” though. It’s just said way too commonly that it loses its meaning.

I had never been to a chick-fil-a until I was in college (there were none near where I grew up), I was sold on them the first time I went and they overheard me telling my friend I’d never been there before and didn’t charge me for the meal (“first time’s on us!”).

There aren’t any in SoCal, so I never tried them until I moved to the Midwest. They kind of remind me of In ‘N Out Burger in that they put out a quality product with absolutely excellent service.
