I have a friend with a Crown. I only see Crowns when he’s around, I always see Crowns when he’s around.

This time we saw an Estate out and about while getting kebabs. I was overcome by the rareness and majesty of a Crown wagon, and here we are.

Look at those taillights! It’s like they chopped off a third of the sedan’s tails, mirrored them vertically and called it a day! Who needs 8 tail light bulbs in a car anyway?

Maybe you Americans won’t quite get it. But there’s something about the little touches you get in Japanese luxury that makes it for me. Like to how American luxury isn’t the same as German luxury.
