A118c, ordered from Gear Best. Took a month to get here from China. Only about $36, and I think it has pretty good quality for the price. So far I’d recommend it, but time will tell. Pretty crappy conditions for a test, with the wipers going and the sun not being out.

Video doesn’t have much going on, more just a sample video of the quality during a rainy day. Last part is the steep road up to my summer dorm that kills my millage.

Not bad! Seems to do it’s job well!

I got one from Gearbest a little bit ago, but mine was a different model to yours - mine is a G1W-CB:

This is a sample clip from mine - fisheye lens is nice as it seems more, but I am not a fan of the way they distort things....that being said, great camera though! This is a clip of me almost hitting a partridge the other day...new brake pads + no ABS = locking the fronts up for a second as not used to how much pressure I needed after the new pads :P

I looked at the G1 but didn’t get it because of the suction mount. I’ve never had luck with them, always having them fall off when it’s least convenient. I also didn’t like the fisheye that much, the A118 has a 170 degree lens though so it picks up a lot, still kinda distorted though.

Sunday will have some nice weather, I live about 2 miles away from the Blue Ridge Parkway, might have to take a little trip to see how the A118 looks with proper weather, no wipers/ water getting in the way.

There’s also an optional GPS adapter for mine I’m curious about.

I’ve had great luck with the suction cup that came with my G1...must be a decent one as I’ve only attached it once back in May now and it hasn’t let go yet!
