This baby bun that hopped over to me while I was working? Smaller than those two eggs. Video below, cuteness may exceed your doctor’s recommended daily dosage, proceed with caution.
Normally when I’m at work I find hornet nests, swarms of spiders, and dogs that are “totally friendly, he goes for the jugular out of love!” riiiiiight.
I liked Mr Bun more than all of that. I hope he doesn’t get eaten, he was pretty chill.

Ugh. Rabbits. All the housing development has chased out their natural predators. The redtails can’t catch them fast enough for me. Too bad prairie dogs are easier pickings for them.

We have a couple of fully grown rabbits that live out behind our yard some where. We also had a nest with 4 baby robins in it under our deck earlier this year.

By a strange coincidence, just this morning someone was telling me what they had to do to keep rabbits out of their garden. Apparently they dig under fences, so burying chicken wire two feet deep is a thing

I had a nest in my yard once that I didn’t know about. One day I was mowing and they all came out doing backflips, rolls, etc and went scurrying in different directions. I never saw them again. I hope they were ready.

I pulled this little fellow out of my dogs mouth (twice) during one of our night walks around the property. I took it inside, checked it for wounds and returned it to the field across the road once it was given a clean bill of health. Cute fuckers..
