Monterey Chicken, Baked Potatoes, and Green Beans. I have never grilled chicken before so we’ll see how it taste. Most worried about a)undercooking chicken or b)overcooking the chicken and drying it out. I will update after tasting.

Update:

Chicken was a bit dry in one piece but otherwise fantastic. Mission accomplished.

Also it looked amazing on the plates

Kirkland Branded craft beers make the difference.
