4x4 box truck used by my university’s post office. The mail must get through even if it snows on my one square mile campus.
I’d love to buy one of them once they go to surplus, I’d imagine they’d be great overland campers.
I’d imagine it’s not much bigger than a 4x4 van. My professor has a sick 4x4 Express with big bumpers, dark green paint, and it’s a hitop.

I work in the Oilfield and every 4x4 van I’ve ever seen has the same sticker on it... for the life of me I can’t remember who builds them but their name is in the logo.
Quick Google search got me no where

I’ve been in a university van that got stuck in mud. Eventually had to have a tow truck winch it out much to our shame. Could have used a 4x4.

That is cool! I’ve always wanted to turn something like this into a custom mini mobile vacation house. I’m aware that there are many vehicles serve the same purpose from the factory (conversion vans/RV’s) but I’d rather do it the hard/stupid way.

Fedex uses 4x4 short wheel base Spriters for rural routes, they look very fun.
