I remember an article saying that the pickup bed pool is a terrible idea because the water actually weighs more than rocks or gravel, on account of there not being any void space. O can’t imagine the balcony is rated for that

1. drowning...kid falls, and tries to drink the pool water..... 1:1
2. electrocution....water damage gets to inside wiring, lights kid UP.... 2:1
3. falls to his death.....balcony railing cant hold weight of water, swept over the edge when it gives.... 2:1
