Apologies for the not so great photos. I only had my phone, which I’m not supposed to be using so I had to take them quickly.
The seats are AMAZING. The whole car looks fantastic in person. Sounds pretty good too. If only I got to drive it. A red one showed up today too. It left for the dealership almost immediately.

Hopefully they aren’t insanely bolstered like the Recaros in the FoST or FiST. Being a big dude those are not too comfortable for me.
If I have to be nitpicky, the riveted on production number on the shift bezel looks like a complete afterthought.

I think the hatch versions of the new Civic look great. The Type R is insane in person with how muscular they made everything, big fender flares, big wheels, big brakes, big wing, big fake intakes.

I’d have to agree with that. I thought it was something they forgot to take off during the PDI before I realized what it was.
The seats are very bolstered, but are quite wide so they might be comfortable enough.

Go with the SI. It’s much nicer than the standard. Well worth the money, and this is coming from someone who really doesn’t like Hondas. I’ve been in every generation and this if probably the first one I wouldn’t mind owning. The hatch looks the best too.

The TypeR or the base civic? I will agree that the base is atrocious, but the SI and R are pretty nice. Haven’t gotten a chance to take them out on the street though.
