Ferrari 250 GT passo corto by Bertone (designed by an extremely young and promising Giugiaro). I cannot remember whether it is a true one-off or there were maybe just a couple of them. Nuccio Bertone certainly used this one for a while as his personal car .
That design is strikingly similar to another one-off Bertone [Giugiaro] effort, the Aston Martin DB 4 GT Jet. Have a look here:
