Basically, but with something more along the lines of this sleeper cab.
If you can picture an E-series cab just like the one you posted, a small sleeper like this in burnt orange and a beige GMT800 dually bed you’ve got it.

Yep I’ve seen them. There’s usually at least one on Craigslist at any given time, but I couldn’t find one on short notice. It’s a good way to get a powerstroke without paying pickup prices. If all you’re going to do is tow with it, it’s worth looking into (if you can stomach the way it looks).
