At 51st and Lamar on Sunday. Free registration for cars made before 1992. How about a mini Oppo meet?
I have to work so I’ll only be dropping in for the start of the show and gone by noon. I’m not entirely sure when it starts, but I think it’s either 9 or 10am (edit: official start of show is at noon). Even if we can’t meet, it’s a pretty great show if you’re in the area at any time on Sunday.

Their site actually says noon-4, but I’d go by what you saw last year. I’m hoping to get up there around 10. I’m planning head from SA with a friend in one of his Lexi If he doesn’t bail. Yes I realize this is the complete opposite of the theme of the show. Not sure if going 500 hp turbo SC or the the VIP’d LS. I’m down to try a mini Oppomeet.

I guess that’s the official start of the show, but I remember there being lots of cars in the lot by 11am, and I left around 1-ish.

There’s a lot of parking. It was getting full by noon last year, but there was still plenty of space in the lot on the opposite side from the show itself. And if that fills up later in the day (it might?) there’s a residential area right across the street with probably lots of space for street parking.

Ugggggh my friend bailed on me. I might still go solo but it’s gonna depend on how hungover my wife who is out on a girls night right now is in the AM.

Fair enough. I do think that we need to get a central TX Oppo meet together at some point maybe in the fall. Between Austin and SA there seems to be quite a few of us.
