This day is brought to you by Alfa Romeo.
You want a longer roof? Sorted.
Don’t want spark plugs? Sorted.
Don’t want to change gear yourself but don’t want a torque converter? Sorted. The infamous Selespeed.
Interestingly, the 156, which sold quite well, was replaced by the 159 which sold a bit less well and that was replaced by the Giulietta which about six people bought.

I want to import a Rosso Proteo 156 2.5 V6 the day it becomes legal.
The 159? That’s another story for another day.

I thought the Giulietta replaced the 147?
In the netherlands, the 156 sold amazingly well and seem to hold up rather well too.

Didn’t the Mito replace the 147? It’s hard to say because Alfa seem to have lost their way completely with both Mito and Giulietta.
