My rental is kind of awesome.

I wouldn’t buy it for myself, but I like having it. It’s a Chevy Traverse with most of the options. Super comfortable and easy to drive. Absolutely no steering feedback, though, but that’s fine. It’s a huge upgrade from the Elantra I was supposed to get.

I never mind the rental Traverses....Traversi... whatever. But after a couple weeks I get tired of them.

I’m sure I would get tired of it, but I only have it for a couple of days. It also has nearly new dirt tires, for some reason. So I’ll probably play with it a little bit after work.

They are nice cars, overall, so really you can’t so much go wrong if it’s something you want or need.

But dirt donuts!

We had one in Jackson, WY last year for a rental. It was perfect for a rental car; fit four of us and our stuff no problem, not awful to drive and pretty good mileage - although it’s very flat unless you go up into the mountains, which we did not, at least not in the car.

I was happy to have my 325 back when we got home, though.

I would prefer the Elantra. But A. I am not an SUV/CUV person, and B. I am definitely not a big GM fan.
