I really want to like this but I will probably be extremely disappointed with it like the last GT game....
They also better fix their race start sequence. Those rolling starts are utter shit.

I’m a former GT-fanboi converted to Forza. While I still think the physics in GT might be a hair better, Forza is better in every other way.

I’ve seen game footage of GT Sport and the cars still sound awful. They cut it down to just 140 cars and 19 tracks. They improved GT6 by removing everything. So you’re right; my concerns were baseless. There’s nothing to complain about here. There’s just nothing to do- and it still took them 4 years to make it.

27 tracks across 19 locations
I’ve -played- hours and hours of the GT Sport beta. The sounds are much better than you’re giving them credit for. Are they perfect? No. But it’s a big improvement to my ears.
It seems like the offline career mode will be shorter than GT6's, but that’s really not the focus of this game. Racing online against real people in a quasi-managed environment produces some great experiences.
If you’re looking for GT7, this game isn’t it. If you’re looking for an online racing simulator, this is one of the best games you can play on console.
