I love these ads - they all show Pontiacs about 6" wider; 3" lower, and 2' longer than the actual cars were. Plus, I’m pretty sure that wheel diameter is larger than anything GM was even dreaming about in 1961...

No, no, that would be silly. I need to get a ‘61 Safari, lower it, change the suspension for Even Wider Track, reverse-section it up the middle or through the outer door edge to add body width, get bigger hubcaps made for bigger wheels, and undertake the most complicated stretching job known to man.
