Well I’m in, but wait, there’s more
I got a call from my realtor Saturday morning. Apparently the former tried doing a deed search and could not find the paperwork to show it had been filed for the transfer of ownership. She loses her shit calls her realtor and tells her that without the paperwork being filed the house is still hers and shes going to go to the house to tell us to get out. O how I would have loved to tell her to GET THE FUCK OFF MY PROPERTY. I hope birds shit in her hair all day today, fuck her.
Anyway there are kids for my kids, there is even a 9 month old boy for my 6 month of son. All the neighbors seem nice, and its quiet, so very very quiet. We went for a couple walks around the neighborhood and my daughter kept saying how peaceful it was.

Had she been kicked out of the house or something? Even if the paperwork wasn’t completely finished, why would you annoy the buyer like that?

well if they paperwork isn’t filed i think it is hectically still hers so if i burned it down it would be her problem and she would have to sue me to cover, but its not mine so i don’t have insurance on it so i wouldn’t be able to fix it. If i fell and broke a leg she would be responsible.
