I’d no idea there was a Maddame Tussauds in the US, but I found one when we went back to the wharf yesterday evening!!
As for the cars here, pretty interesting I suppose. Some interesting things at least. The architecture is unique and compact for sure. Making use of all the space possible.
The last thing I wanted to do in San Fran was ride a cable car, and mission accomplished. But apparently people don’t know that you’re not supposed to block the path; as seen here by this innocent 991.2 waiting for a BMW to move from that spot, and the driver was just sitting there texting or whatever. Nice picture opportunity though.
It’s a fun as heck city, and Japantown is my favorite place! Got some goodies that I’d have to order from Japan to get. The Otaku in my squeeed much.

Did you go in the shop Moritaya in J Town? My wife imports all that stuff and they own that shop. You must have gone in the model shop. The bookstore is a lot like in Japan, makes me feel good in there.

Is that the shopping center on Webster? If so then yes! The two places I wanted to go were Japantown Collectables and Kinokuniya Books, and my god what a luxury it is to have places like that here! We’ve nothing like this in Michigan. Restaurants yes, but just stores for books and models, nowhere nearby my house!

Yeah that is basically Japantown, J Town, the Fillmore is right up the road too, good food there. You were so close to amazing seafood up Filmore. Moritaya actually owns the car related shop on the main level by the food too, Moritaya the shop is just a few shops to the right of that.

Do you have a car? You need to go up Mt. Tamalpais going down the panoramic highway, turn off to the right on Pan Toll rd, you will get to a T, go left on West Ridgecrest Blvd(they film car commercials up there), when you get to another T, go left down the Bolinas Fairfax rd which will take you all the way down to the water, go left to get back to Stinson beach or you could go out to Bolinas, you can see on google maps. It’s a cool little place you might as well see. This is the drive I take in the Z when I need some fun and views. It’s gorgeous, you won’t regret it.
