Yes, that is a CVR(T) Scorpion at the Nurburgring circa 1972-73. Apparently it set a record for tracked vehicles then. I wonder if anyone wants to try doing so again on the Nordschleife or the modern GP circuit?

Taken from this Think Defense article on British light armored vehicle procurement , because British procurement weirdness is probably only second to Indian procurement weirdness.
