Kinja'd!!!

“If you see it outside its a replica” or something like that. License plate was a Utah “65 AC” and being outside of park city there could be a chance. It sounded great at idle. Way too windy out there and over the noise of my car to hear it on the road.

Mothers interior stuff is quite shiny, this photo shows it. What’s the best to use for my dash and center console?

Loves me some Aerospace 303 for interiors. Not shiny at all.

Double roll hoops? If so no way. You never see paint like that on real ones either. My grandpa had a 289, also had a 69 GT500. It looks like what replica people do to them. Most real ones have pretty toned down paint and no stripes and if the paint looks really good it is either a continuation CSX car they made because Shelby hated the copies or a replica. Hardly anyone touches the original patina on these things.

My grandpa had a really nice replica for a bit at 6'4" with size 16 shoes there was absolutely no hope of me driving it.
