I Parked Between Two Datsuns Last Night

One was a 251k mile on the original KA24, tastefully modified S14, and the other was this. This one was was done right.

I also made some FiST believers. Even with 4 passengers, it moves now. Tunes rule.

Yes. Pretty much all U.S. tunes require an AP. That said, if you buy an AP through Stratified, it comes with their Flash Tune.
