Kinja'd!!!

My neighbor put a new cover on their DMC-12 to replace the ratty blue tarp that was there, but I still haven’t seen it move in 2 years and it’s been 3 since it was registered and driving :(

At least it doesn’t have that many places to rust while it’s sitting.

Are wakeful DeLoreans capable of going 88 mph?

I think they can reach that speed with enough miles of run-up. They’re pretty slow cars.

0-60mph in 10.5 seconds when brand new, apparently. There are some claims they could make it to 100mph, so there is that...

I tried. Got one of those I’m keeping it til I die responses. I figure I’ll try again in a few months. I can afford to buy it, but with how long it’s been sitting I’m not sure I have the time or money to restore it.
