the Salary Cap NHL is such a different beast, I don’t even want to make predictions anymore. I mean, I knew the Wings would eventually drop the playoff appearance streak (too much talent and leadership retired after 2008) but when I see Colorado and New Jersey in the bilge I wonder if this is real life.

They’ve already started removing couches from people’s porches, among other precautions. Port Authority hasn’t said anything about extra buses or trolleys, but it’s probably a good bet they’ll be there.

I just learned the Predators existed a couple weeks ago, and I live just a couple hours from Nashville. Something is wrong with NHL’s marketing.
Also, VEGAS has a team, too? And they’re named after the Army’s parachute team?
