That’s the meanest corvair I’ve ever seen by a significant margin. One slow clap coming your way.

You’re most cost effective solution costs less than $100 (If you wanna swap in a GT grille) and less than an hour of your time (more if you swap grilles).
Here’s the simplest solution:

$65 seems like too much for a black pony badge, changing out the grille for the GT looks damn good though. Where did you find yours?

A cheap solution for the chrome would be pastidip. I did all my chrome on my Mustang back in the day with clear plastidip, it came out matte silver, much better.

I saw one in person a few months ago. At first, I really liked it! Then, as I thought about it, started to dislike it. It was a little too much. If they were 75% less bright, might be OK. But they do remind me of the red/green/whatever color angel eyes.

It’s quite much. Too much? Well it’s not as bad as the trumpets some guys in my E60/61 have in their grilles.

no, it looks great, especially, if thats one of just a few custom details you add
add something a similar color and style to the rear, and call it a day

The white triangles are actually LED DRLs so they’d be on all the time.
