There’s more than five coats of paint on this car, all different colors. I think original went out the window long ago.

Personally I just want a decent paint job. Unfortunately there’d be quite a bit of bondo work and new front and rear bumpers (or even more bondo work) before that’d be possible

How is the spray paint holding up? I want to paint my car purple, but have no money. It has hail damage and other dents, so it is my body work practice car for hopefully the less broke future.

The primer is doing fine. Probably should have scuffed the old paint with something a bit more aggressive than what I did. It is flaking in a couple spots.
