Actually that’s just the basement where we park cars. Our shop floor is very nicely tiled, as per autohaus specifications

That’s so crazy. Are there other competing dealers in your area? Maybe it had something to do with you selling other brands also? We’re only Benz and have two other dealers nearby.

6 more dealers in town. Really nice places like Greenway and Woodlands. The latest one just opened up really close by in our target area about 5 months ago.
I think since TX has these crazy grandfather land laws, they were able to do whatever they want with the building. This was the first dealer in this area..... and boy it still shows

Makes sense. Our building has a few areas that don’t line up with standards but there’s not much wet can do about them. Our building was one of the first Benz dealers in the country. But ownership has changed hands once and so they had to make some updates over the years.
