Shockingly Bing Image Search actually came through, it was mostly showing me random red cars, but it had one of this one from the reverse angle of your pic.

This car was a lot of fun to drive in GT2! Think of an Elise with gullwing doors, and you pretty much got it.

I think they were very limited production too.
