Besides the stupid pictures and the IMHO absurdly high price the picture seems to indicate that the driver was overtaking where he couldn’t and struck an innocent other car. He sucks at life and is a danger to those around him.
I’d contact the seller and ask him where he lives. Mark that location and everything in a 5 km radius from the location on a map and make sure you’ll never visit that marked location.

I don’t know any cirumstances of the accident though. Passing trucks and farming machinery isn’t the most safest thing ever. Btw, judging from the plates this is located in Austria.
