It’s general aviation that will get fucked with privatized ATC.
They’ll go to user fees, and a C172 takes just as much work for a controller as a B777. Maybe more.
If GA suffers, it’s only a matter of time before the airlines face a pilot shortage but that’s farther away than any of these idiots care about.

Last I checked, capitalism was about competition. Please explain to me how there will be competition with privatized ATC.
And don’t tell me about a competitive bid process for privatization because that’s bullshit.
I live in Chicago. I understand how this works. Sell a monopoly, pocket the cash, and make yourself scarce when the shit hits the fan in 3-5 years.

There’s a perception out there that anyone who’s a pilot must be rich, and can afford this - anyone who’s a pilot knows that this is complete BS.
