Been a long time since I’ve seen one of those!

Not that I missed them or anything though.

The Reliant is nice, but it’s no Executive Limousine :p

I though Handy Man Corner used up all the Reliants left.

Lightweight for great corning, and small engine that consumes a little amount of gas. Perfect for you to save money and focus on what really important.

SERIAL KILLING

Are those really old enough to be “classics”? Damn, I’m getting old.

Face it: we’re both classics.

As long as no one tries to murder me out before I’ve logged a few more miles.

I saw what had to be an ’80 Reliant 4-door in disturbingly immaculate condition puttering around the other day. That’s one of the reasons car spotters should look around the parking lots of retirement communities, you’ll see lots of metal you’d thought disappeared long ago.

About a year ago I saw a very clean Reliant convertible, top down and enjoying the fresh air. But they are getting exceedingly rare.

My wife’s grandmother had a tan one of those forever before she moved up here from California. It died shortly thereafter... didn’t like the wet weather or something.

1992 is old enough to get Classic/collector plates in most states... That’s 25 years now. Mind boggling, isn’t it?

At least they didn’t tint the brake lights.

I’m pretty sure that all the paint on that car, including the hubcaps, was done with a rattle can.

That’s perfectly acceptable level of quality considering the car it is on.
