It isn’t my style, But hey, I think it looks pretty good:

Kinja'd!!!

Classic Soft Trim 086 Fog leather with Copenhagen Blue stitches and perforated inserts. Against the standard black interior, the blue looks lighter than it does against the light gray.

Everytime you post these Im sad that my cruiser seats are still in such awful shape. That does look nice though.

If you can get new cushions our FJ80 kits are very nice. They fit perfectly on new foam. THey even fit alright on 20+ year old foam.

Would look better with matching door cards.
What kind of people bring such pedestrian cars to get a new upholstery anyway? Was the original interior damaged?

Had a rental 2013 last year and it felt like a 2003. Hope this one is better

I agree with the door card sentiment. We’re a production shop so we don’t do door panels unless they have cloth. It’s a huge PITA to strip vinyl off of plastic and then recover it - adds about 30 minutes labor per door.

The people who put leather in pedestrian vehicles are the kind of people who feel like it’s better to spend $1000 on new leather seats than to jump up a trim level and spend another $4000. Our bread and butter are pickups and CUVs.

Nope. Decent but not much better. It was mostly cosmetic upgrades for 16.

My main trouble is that i really need new seat frames, as mine have all kinds of play in them. If I could find some affordable frames I would be looking at leather kits too (and seat heaters!)

Watching Cruiserparts and local junkyards for seats? It seems that with a vehicle built so tough, the seats wear out before any major component anyway.

Land Cruisers are easily the most frequent 10+ year old vehicle we do - followed by 4runners and Tundra pickups.

cruiserparts are the best bet so far. Junk yard cruisers are getting harder to find.

Ok, thanks for the info. Getting an interior done is way more expensive here. Hence my question. Can I send you my 505 seats? :)
