I consider it one of my Saab’s party features. Sadly I can’t open it if I have the aux cord plugged in.

I wish I took a video of it, but on my car with that cupholder, it would pop out and then the two parts would just droop downward. Probably because the previous owner played with it too much...

Or because it’s an insanely overcomplicated design for a cupholder. Good fun, at least, and always good for a laugh.
