It’s the sort of game that’s way better than you think it is.

Driv3r comes second.

This game was great. Had some real strong shades of Midtown Madness, which I loved

This game gets a 17/10 from me because it’s the only game where I can drive a 2010 Alfa Romeo 159 TI 3.2 JTS V6.
Bonus points for the Cygnet.

You’re definitely right. We need more nonsensical driving games like Midtown Madness.

I thought Parallel Lines was good. Sure, it wasn’t Tanner, but still, 1978 New York was fun to play with.
San Francisco had a 1968(!) Camaro instead of a 1969 like every other game, but, damn it it was a convertible.

I liked 3 a lot. It was dodgy but the driving was solid and much better than GTA which was genre leader at the time.

You’re wrong because Parallel Lines was best, but SF is a very close second.

I owned it for a week and returned it to Game Stop. I beat it twice in that week and it was ok. Nostalgia made Driv3r better and I still have the original 2 disk Driver for my PS1. I should break that out.
