I was making a joke about the listing agent selling it to himself. The customer knows the listing agent really well (HA HA) and the listing agent will always have the customer’s best interests in mind (IT’S FUNNY BECAUSE HE’S THE CUSTOMER).

I spend a little too much time looking at real estate even though I’m not buying a house anytime soon. Yesterday I noticed a rental listing for a house I really liked that had been for sale a couple months ago. The rental listing said something like the house is owned by a licensed realtor. Might be a similar situation.
